Pittsburgh International Business Park is a joint venture founded in 2013 between Chaska Property Advisors and Continental Buildings Systems in conjunction with the Airport Authority. To date, the partnership has built five single story Class A office buildings on a 40 acre site with walking trail access. An additional fully entitled site is available for a prospective build to suit. Currently four out of the five buildings are fully occupied.
