About Our Park

Overview

Cranberry Business Park is a mixed-use business campus situated on approximately 180 acres in Cranberry Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania. The park currently contains 10 buildings with in excess of 600,000 square feet. When completed, the park is expected to have approximately 1,000,000 square feet of developed building space.

Cranberry Business Park is approximately 20 miles northwest of downtown Pittsburgh, and about the same distance from Greater Pittsburgh Airport. The park abuts the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and is approximately 1.5 miles from Exit 3 and I-79 interchanges.

The park was originally conceived by PenPower as a way to attract customers for their electricity to southern Butler County. In 1999, our our partnership purchased all undeveloped land owned by PenPower, and over the next 3 years, assembled the remaining undeveloped land in the business park. A plan was developed to redirect the park with the intent to deliver a high quality, competitively priced business campus within Cranberry Township, Western Pennsylvania's fasted growing community.

A new master plan for the park was developed. The park entrance was redesigned, park landscaping was enhanced, and the Unionville/Kensinger Drive intersection was improved with a stop light and turning lanes. Park benches and picnic tables were also added over time.

All utilities are available to the sites. The park is served with electricity by PenPower; natural gas by Columbia Gas; and phone and fiber connections by North Pittsburgh Telephone.
